- You complete the client questionnaire and return to us through E-Mail or by fax.
- You provide us with a copy of your logo, and any design elements in your current print materials that you would like us to use in creating your sample design layouts.
- We examine your online competition, printed materials, current web presence, and responses to your questionnaire.
- We design 1 to 3 sample design layouts for you to view on the web.
- 25% of website cost is due when a layout is selected.
- We provide you with an outline and checklist of recommended content.
- We provide you with a proposed navigation map of your website structure.
- We provide a timeline with a launch date.
- 25% of website cost is due when you approve the final navigation site map and final layout. (Items 2 and 5)
- You provide us with your content.
- We begin building HTML/build HTML pages; we create images and graphics, header tags, menu(s), and place your content.
- We test pages on browsers and monitors.
- We validating pages and correcting code errors.
- We send you a website link to view website pages and make revisions to HTML text.
- You provide us with one round of revisions to text, and identify any changes to graphics/images.
- Final 50% of website cost is due.
- We transfer your website from our LoneTree testing area to your hosting space, and publish your website off of your domain.
- We provide you with options for updating website.
- We provide you with your hosting account information and domain name expiration dates.
